Virtual fall conference will set the stage for what ACA members can expect in 2021 through education, vendor meetings and breakout sessions.

ACA International’s 2020 Virtual Fall Forum & Expo, Nov. 4-5, 2020, will take the association into the new year with exciting education and networking opportunities all on an interactive online platform.
Register today for access to:
- A main stage presentation featuring reactions to the 2020 election results;
- 18 breakout sessions on health care, legal education and operations;
- 12 Innovation Stage sessions and 20 exhibitors showcasing the latest technology and services;
- Free on-demand access to the main stage election update, 12 select breakout sessions and 12 Innovation Stage sessions; and
- One-on-one chat, video chat and messaging throughout the event.
Starting off the event on Wednesday, Nov. 4, the Women in Collections Resource Council (WICRC) will meet at 10 a.m. CST, followed by the main stage presentation: “Policy Experts Provide the ARM Industry Reaction as Election Results Come In,” from 11 a.m. to noon CST.
Leah Dempsey, ACA’s vice president and senior counsel of federal advocacy; Travis Johnson, principal at 1607 Strategies; Michael Morley, assistant professor at Florida State University College of Law; and Mark Neeb, ACA’s CEO, will present on ACA’s bipartisan political efforts and approach to advocacy following the 2020 election. These industry and political experts will discuss the election results and what they mean for the industry and businesses.
The WICRC, a group working to connect women in the industry and provide tools and resources, as well as ACA’s Political Action Committee (ACPAC), will host separate happy hours at the end of the day Wednesday, Nov. 4.

Operations in the Age of COVID-19
COVID-19 has drastically changed the way we do business and there is no going back. What has changed and how do we move forward? These sessions will focus on the positive steps and radical changes others have taken to thrive in the next normal.
Health Care
Health care collections continues to evolve. This session track, a fixture at the Fall Forum & Expo each year, will cover multiple facets of health care collections, including billing, disputes, regulations, hiring and industry trends.
Legal Education
This session track, created by attorneys for attorneys, is an opportunity to earn seven continuing legal education (CLE) credits while networking with ACA member agencies and attorney colleagues. These sessions are open to ACA members only and will not be recorded. Requests for CLE credits in specific states must be submitted by Tuesday, Oct. 20 with your registration.
