ACA International’s compliance team has compiled Frequently Asked Questions on consumer communication, compliance, state, and federal COVID-19 requirements and more. ACA has made these FAQs available to its members as a general educational resource. These FAQs should not be relied on as legal advice, as the facts and circumstances of each members’ legal concerns may affect the application of these general principles. We recognize that our compliance landscape has been rapidly changing in recent weeks.
