ACA International members will join Vice President and Senior Counsel of Federal Advocacy Leah Dempsey for a panel discussion on “Recent Developments with FDCPA Rulemaking, Emerging Technology and Litigation” Oct. 15 during the Consumer Finance Legal Conference 2019 in New Orleans.
Kelly Lipinski and Megan Starace Ben’Ary, members with McGlinchey Stafford PLLC, will speak during the discussion, 4 p.m. CDT Oct. 15, as part of the conference focused on financial services, rulemaking, technology, data privacy and more.
Attorneys from McGlinchey Stafford’s nationally recognized Consumer Financial Services Team and other industry leaders will provide up-to-the-minute information on critical compliance, privacy, and litigation issues facing mortgage lending, auto finance, and other consumer loan products during the conference.
