ACA International’s advocacy team in Washington, D.C., welcomed New York State Sen. David Carlucci, D-Rockland/Westchester, for a meet and greet on industry issues March 4.
ACA Board Member Anita Manghisi, IFCCE, president of Independent Recovery Resources Inc. and legislative chairman for the New York State Collectors Association, member Michael Lamm, president/CEO of Corporate Advisory Solutions LLC, and Liz Terry, executive director for the National Creditors Bar Association, represented industries during the informative meeting with Carlucci.
From ACA, Rae Ann Bevington, vice president, political affairs, Andy Madden, vice president of government state affairs, Kim Coghill, vice president of communications, and Patrick Russell, federal advocacy manager, joined in the meeting. Carlucci is running for federal office in the 17th congressional district of New York.
