The ACA International Board of Directors selected Kevin Baich as President-Elect for 2020/21 at its meeting Tuesday, part of ACA International’s Virtual Convention & Expo. They also selected Dan Desatnick as Treasurer. Baich and Desatnick join ACA’s 2020/21 President G. Scott Purcell.

A passionate advocate for the accounts receivable management industry, Baich understands the importance of talking with his legislators. He has developed relationships and met personally with various members of Congress to explain the Catch-22 collectors face when leaving voicemails for consumers. He is an active ACA member and has chaired and served on several committees, including ACA’s Membership, Judicial and Budget and Audit committees. He has earned ACA’s Scholar designation and served on the board of the Missouri Collectors Association, including several terms as treasurer.
Daniel B. Desatnick, IFCCE, is the president and cofounder of The Allen Daniel Associates Inc. A veteran of over 40 years in the accounts receivable management industry, he is a recognized expert in state and federal compliance issues. Desatnick is a longtime ACA Certified Instructor and was honored as ACA’s Certified Instructor of the Year. He served three consecutive terms as chair of ACA’s Education Council and was the 2017/18 chair of ACA’s Federal Affairs Committee. He has earned ACA’s Fellow and Scholar designations, as well as the Fred Kirschner Instructor Achievement Award, James K. Erickson Continuous Service Award and International Fellowship of Collection Executives Award.
