Why Should I Attend?
The potential for Unfair, Deceptive, or Abusive Acts or Practices (UDAAP) encompasses the entire financial services industry. UDAAP must be reflected in your Compliance Management System (CMS) and controls applied in business relationships with service providers, vendors, and clients. Recognizing, preventing and managing UDAAP risk involves skill and integrity.  If any aspect of your business is consumer-facing, keep UDAAP compliance in the spotlight.
