Exhibitor Information

Registration as an Exhibitor costs $1,095 which includes your booth and registration for one company representative.  Also included is a 6x3 conference clothed table, 8x8 (approximate) booth space, a table sign, a trash basket and basic electrical service (120V).  Additional corporate representatives are welcome at a cost of $150 each.

Exhibitors receive recognition in our conference brochure (your Products & Services description and contact information) and are welcome to attend all conference sessions.  All conference meals and breaks are held in the Exhibit Hall in order to enhance exhibitor interaction with our attendees.  There is a small additional charge should you wish to attend our Tuesday Evening Extravaganza! 

All Exhibits will be in the Grand Ballroom at the Sheraton Hotel.  The Exhibit Hall will be available for booth setup from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Monday, October 12th and breakdown may begin after the morning break on Wednesday, October 14th.  The Exhibit Hall opens with the Welcome Reception at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, October 12th.  All meals, refreshment breaks and Tuesday's Networking Luncheon will be held in the Exhibit Hall to ensure maximum exposure for exhibitors.  The Exhibit Hall will close after the Wednesday mid-morning break.

Free wireless internet service is available in the lobby, the exhibit hall and all guestrooms.  Additional services; i.e., telephone lines, AV or F&B, and display booth shipments must be contracted separately with the hotel by contacting Ericka White at (972) 929-7527 or by email at ericka.white@sheratondfwairport.com.  For questions on exhibits or space rentals, contact ACA of Texas at (903) 530-4040 or execdir@texascollectors.com.

Selecting and Purchasing a Booth

Review the Exhibit Hall Floor Plan above, which includes the roster of assigned and available booths, to determine where you would like to be located. Then click on the gray bar below entitled “Click Here to Purchase an Available Expo Booth”. You will need to have an account with ACA International in order to make your purchase. If you don’t already have an account or you have forgotten your password, you can create an account or retrieve your password by following the directions here. If your company is already a member, please contact memberservices@acainternational.org and request that they add you to your company’s roster.

What Happens After I Make My Booth Purchase?

Within a day or two after you have purchased your booth, a staff member from ACA International will contact you for your company Products & Services description to add to the exhibitor website. They will also request that you send them the name and contact information of the person who will be attending as your complimentary exhibitor registration and will provide you with instructions on registering a second or third person if you wish to do so.
