The ACA International MAP Committee is pleased to announce a Legal Education teleseminar series, consisting of six teleseminars specifically designed for attorney members. This series is available to members only.
Why You Should Attend
This teleseminar will discuss critical provisions and issues in industry contracts. We will be examining certain aspects of representations and warranties, confidentiality and privacy provisions, insurance requirements, subcontractors, non-compete provisions, compliance and legal matters, indemnification, and recall and termination. The obligations contained in these areas can define the relationship and proper handling is needed to avoid unintended consequences.
ACA will apply for CLE credits for each seminar in the series following the presentation.
