Are policies and procedures missing from your compliance management system? Or do your policies and procedures need some attention? This course will provide information on the elements that should be included in writing a policy and procedure along with specific examples. You will be able to apply and adapt specific examples of written policies and procedures to your own policy and procedural needs.

Understand a policy management framework and how it relates to your Compliance Management System by:

  • Identifying how policies, procedures and work instructions fit into your compliance management system.
  • Defining a policy, procedure and work instruction and how they impact each other.
  • Writing a policy, procedure and work instruction.
  • Identifying the appropriate situations when a policy, procedure and work instruction are necessary.
  • Developing a plan for using policies, procedures and work instructions based on your company’s needs.
