- Incorporate FCRA and Regulation V into your Compliance Management System (CRM).
- Apply FCRA, Regulation V and NCAP accuracy and integrity standards when reporting consumer information.
- Recognize alerts and respond to claims of identity theft and fraud.
- Differentiate between Direct and CRA dispute investigation requirements and respond appropriately.
- Certify a permissible purpose when obtaining and using consumer reports.
