Why Should I Attend?

The CFPB’s creation of a limited-content message (“LCM”) exception has heightened collection agency’s awareness of their business name. This is because a large segment of businesses in the collection industry has a descriptive business name, which impacts the ability to utilize the LCM exception. This allowance highlights an overdue assessment of the strength of your brand. This session will focus on the requirements for utilizing an LCM, and the opportunity it creates for you to build your brand identity and set yourself apart from other agencies.
