Why Should I Attend?
Reduce mistakes and improve your daily operations with this three-day online training seminar on ACA’s Professional Practices Management System. This training seminar provides agencies with the fundamental tools, samples and knowledge needed to develop a customized PPMS to fit an agency’s unique business needs.
During the seminar, the instructors will introduce attendees to the PPMS program, outline the elements of a PPMS, and detail the processes and documentation necessary for an agency to develop its own PPMS. In addition to a thorough review of each of the eighteen PPMS elements, the seminar instructors will talk about creating the various types of documentation necessary to support the elements, including: Company Manuals, Company Procedures and Work Instructions.
Attendance by at least one agency representative is required before an agency can begin the PPMS certification process through ACA International.

You will earn 3.0 PDUs for this online seminar, which can be applied toward ACA’s Scholar and Fellow designations.

Seminar instructors go through vigorous training to become ACA Certified Instructors and can speak directly to your experiences because they work in our industry.
