This course focuses on strategies in collection floor management that help maintain compliance and foster continuous improvement. Additional strategies address efficient and effective collection practices. The ultimate goal of all the processes you manage on the collection floor is improved and measurable performance. (3 hours, 1.5 PDUs)

This course will prepare you to:

  • Describe effective inventory management strategies.
  • Operate a compliant collection floor.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure performance.
