Why Should I Attend?
To make sure you hire the right candidate for an open collector position, the seminar will walk you through the interview process from start to finish. Develop interview questions and use an interview scorecard to take notes on three different candidates in this scenario-based seminar. You’ll walk away with sample forms, key strategies and honed skills to not only ask the right questions – but evaluate candidate responses.

- Compose effective, valuable and legal interview questions
- Objectively choose a candidate
