HOT TOPIC: ACA to Provide Additional Details about Filing Individual Comments with the CFPB
(1:00 PM - 1:45 PM Central)
(Registration will close one hour before the event's start time)
VP and Senior Counsel of Federal Advocacy
Issa Moe Esq.
Vice President—Legal and General Counsel
Why Should I Attend?
With just less than a month left in the CFPB comment period, ACA staff will walk through how to file individual comments on the proposed FDCPA rule. ACA will also share its template for filing individual comments, provide information about where to find talking points, how to navigate the Federal Register and filing system, and make one last grassroots push for reaching out to Congress and the CFPB. Staff will also hold a question and answer discussion for any questions from those participating in the rulemaking process.
