During this very interactive 60 minute session you will hear real life examples, ripped straight from the call floor and reenacted by the industries best, of both good and bad responses to those tough credit reporting questions from consumers.  You are not going to want to miss this session as you will leave with a list of acceptable responses to help eliminate the stress of making sure you are saying the right thing when consumers inquire about their credit report. 

The knowledge you will get by attending this session:

  • Ways to help our consumers without crossing the line when talking about credit
  • How to communicate to consumers about their credit 
  • How to talk off an account using the credit report as a resource
  • Explaining why when you answer a credit reporting question your answer needs to be 100% correct
  • And what to do if the only answer is to guess (obviously this is to say I don’t know vs. guessing)
