ACA International's Level Up 2019

September 23-25, 2019

Hilton Minneapolis/Bloomington

How Do You Lead?

It's exhausting to be someone you're not! Participate in this new learning experience to discover how you uniquely influence others and how you can be yourself while being a top leader in your organization. This facilitated training will provide you with a deeper dive of your current leadership traits, traits you didn’t know you had and how you can immediately apply your new knowledge by presenting a better version of yourself.

In addition, the popular Best Ideas and Burning Issues session will be facilitated by ACA President Roger Weiss and ACA President-Elect Scott Purcell. This discussion covers: what has your company implemented that worked well for you, what problems are you looking to solve and what insight might other attendees be able to provide you based on their experiences?

"Be More of Who You Already Are"

A perennial #1 Wall Street Journal bestseller and top selling book on Amazon, Tom Rath's Strengths Finder 2.0 dares to ask, "Do you have the opportunity to do what you do best every day?" Loaded with hundreds of strategies for applying your strengths, this new book and accompanying website will change the way you look at yourself — and the world around you — forever.
