Why Should I Attend?
This course will prepare you to:
- Define UDAAP based on guidance provided by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) as issued in an official policy statement issued January 24, 2020.
- Identify potential UDAAP risks and harm from the consumer’s perspective.
- Integrate UDAAP into a CMS regarding Board and Management Oversight and other controls required by the CFPB.
- Develop a UDAAP risk assessment plan for service provider and client oversight.
This course may be applied to renew any designation.
