Presenter Details

GLCCA is hosting one of ACA's Core seminars Threading the Compliance Needle in the fall of 2020.

Every day, the ACA “CCC” stitches together a canvas of core consumer financial protection laws, data security obligations, talent management responsibilities, and more. Weaving through these tight spots requires skill and precision to tie everything together. This course explores how the CCC Officer, CCC Attorney, or CCC “anything” can synthesize those roles into strong leadership of operational and compliance objectives.  Learn how to:

  • Promote a consumer-centric culture and workforce awareness of crucial compliance and legal topics.
  • Integrate laws, regulations, and other sources of authority into policies, procedures, work instructions, and compliance documentation.
  • Influence talent resources in regard to workforce management and workforce clearance activities.
  • Implement activities and strategies to stay current with the broad scope of laws, regulations, and client expectations with the CCC Checklist.
