Why Should I Attend?
The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) is the primary federal law governing the collection industry. As a professional debt collector, it is essential to know the consumer’s rights and your responsibilities under the FDCPA. This course is required for several ACA designations, beginning with the Professional Collection Specialist (PCS). Can't attend this live session? Check out ACA Core Curriculum On Demand. (If you are completing the PCS series, be sure to also register for Essential Collection Skills and Techniques.)
