Set-Up, Tear-Down & Exhibit Hours
Exhibitor Set-Up: Wednesday, November 6 - 3:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. CDT
Exhibitor Tear-Down: Thursday, November 7 - 3:25 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. CDT
Exhibit Hall Hours:

  • Wednesday, November 6: 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. CDT
  • Thursday, November 7: 7:00 a.m. - 3:25 p.m. CDT

All exhibitors are required to abide by the Fall Forum Exhibit Space Rules & Regulations and ACA's 2019 Booth Guidelines.

  • Exhibit space includes one (1) 6' skirted table with two (2) chairs.
  • Booth Height Limit: no booths may be set higher than 8’ high
  • Booth Activities: Planning a fun activity or traffic builder at your booth? Check in with us first at exhibit@acainternaitonal.org.
  • Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the exhibit hall. Any requests for food, beverage or meeting rooms must be approved by ACA. Email ACA at exhibit@acainternation.org.
  • Floor-standing pull-up banners will be allowed but they must stand behind the table. 10' wide exhibit booth displays are not allowed; you are limited to 6' wide.
  • Bring as much or as little as you'd like to fit on your assigned 6' skirted table. We reccomend business cards, flyers and a handful of swag.
  • You are welcome to bring your own tablecloth if you choose to.

Exhibit booth includes one (1) complimentary Exhibit Booth Staff registration for the Welcome Reception on Wednesday, November 6 and all Fall Forum sessions and meal functions on Thursday, November 7. Each additional registration starts at $565.

Register Online: If you’ve already registered your complimentary booth staff, you can register additional staff online at www.acainternational.org/events/fallforum2019. If you haven’t registered anyone, email exhibit@acainternational.org to get set up with online registration.

ACA Room Rate: $195/night*, plus state and local taxes.

The pre-show attendee list was sent via email to the booth Trade Show Coordinator on Friday, October 11. A post-show attendee list will be sent one week after the event. List will include name, title, company, address, phone and email for attendees who did not opt out of receiving marketing from exhibitors/sponsors. The email will be sent from exhibit@acainternational.org to the assigned Trade Show Coordinator (listed on your exhibit application). Solicitations made from each list (pre and post) should be limited to one-time (either by phone, mail or email). Please reference section 10F of Exhibit Rules & Regulations for full policy; reach out with any questions.

General internet will be available in the event space. Additional internet capabilities and electric are available through the hotel. Please review the Drake Exhibitor Order Form and submit as directed on the form. All orders were due at least 14 days prior to the event. You may still reach out to the hotel contact listed in the order form to determine if orders will still be accepted.

Due to space restrictions, The Drake Hotel can only accept and store boxes from up to (2) two days prior to the event – November 4, 2019. All items must be clearly marked. Please see shipping instructions and fees on the Drake Exhibitor Order Form. All shipping scheduling, handling and fees are your responsibility.
