The Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection is in the process of soliciting public input to critically evaluate its role and processes, as well as to identify areas for improvement, through a series of Requests for Information (RFIs). These RFIs provide an important opportunity for ACA members to share with new BCFP leadership thoughts on what works at the Bureau, what doesn’t, and how the BCFP’s processes could be made better.
As the leading voice for the accounts receivable management industry, ACA plans to submit comments to the BCFP in response to the RFIs on behalf of its members. However, in order to take advantage of this unique opportunity, it is critical that ACA receives input from its members who have first-hand experience in being a regulated entity under the BCFP.
To assist in the effort, please click on the links below to provide your feedback to ACA. Because the RFIs have rolling comment deadlines, please note the various deadlines to submit your input to ACA to ensure your feedback will be considered.
