Mark Neeb

ACA Executive Committee Member, President-Elect of ACA International

Mark NeebMark Neeb is ACA International's President-Elect for 2010-2011. With over 18 years experience in the collection industry, Mark entered the business in 1990 and acquired ownership of The Affiliated Group, based in Rochester, Minnesota, in 1996 when he bought the former credit bureau along with his business partner Paul Skovbroten.

Mark received his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from St. Cloud State University and received his Masters of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas. Mark is a Certified Public Accountant and is very active in the collections industry, at both the local and national levels.

An active member of the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals (ACA) International, Mark is the immediate past chair of ACA's Healthcare Services Program Committee and also served on the ACA Healthcare Debt Sales & Collection Services Task Force, which developed guidelines for collection agencies and healthcare facilities on best practices on the sale and collection of healthcare debt.

From 2002 to 2007, he served as a National Director of ACA International. Mark is also a member of the Committee of 100 and frequently speaks at industry events. Finally, Mark has held all positions within the Minnesota Association of Collectors. 

He is also an active member of the Rochester, Minnesota, community, having served on the Board of Directors for the city's local March of Dimes campaign. Mark is also an active participant in Peace House Foundation which is a US-based nonprofit organization working to help children who have been affected by the AIDS pandemic in East Africa. Under his leadership as owner of The Affiliated Group, the company won the 1999 Small Business Award from the Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce, for which he formerly served as a Chamber Ambassador.

Mark and his wife Amy live in Rochester, Minnesota, with their son Macayle, 13, and daughter Marren, 6.
