Janis St. Martin

Janis St. Martin is Vice President of Collectors Insurance Agency, Inc. (CIA), a subsidiary of ACA International. She is responsible for the management and promotion of the products and services offered by the department's three units; Insurance, Bonds, and Licensing.

St. Martin has been in the commercial insurance industry since 1981. She began her career as a Commercial Lines Rater for Travelers specializing in program business. Prior to their merger with Aon Risk Services, St. Martin joined Alexander & Alexander in 1985. As an Account Manager, she provided commercial brokerage services to financial institutions, manufacturers, universities, and ACA International's insurance programs.

St. Martin left A&A in 1996 to join ACA International. Janis worked closely with management and staff restructuring the risk management area into a fully operational commercial insurance agency with a focus on member services and products designed for the collection industry.

St. Martin has held her property/casualty insurance agent's license since 1985 and holds non-resident licenses nationwide. As a member of the CIC Institute and National Alliance for Insurance Education, she obtained her designation of Certified Insurance Counselor 1997.
