Mark Neeb, IFCCE, is ACA International’s 2012/13 immediate past president. He has more than 20 years of experience in the credit and collection industry. He is president of The Affiliated Group in Rochester, Minn., which he bought in 1996.
Mark received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from St. Cloud State University and his master’s degree in business administration from the University of St. Thomas. He is a certified public accountant and is very active in the collection industry.
Mark has been a member and chair of several ACA committee, including ACA’s Healthcare Services Program Committee. He served on ACA’s Healthcare Debt Sales and Collection Services Task Force, which developed guidelines for collection agencies and healthcare facilities about best practices in the sale and collection of healthcare debt.
From 2002 to 2007, he served as a national director for ACA. Mark is also a member of the Committee of 100 and frequently speaks at industry events. He has held all positions within the Minnesota Unit.
He is also an active member of his community, having served on the board of directors for the city’s March of Dimes campaign. Mark is an active participant in Peace House Foundation, a U.S.-based nonprofit organization working to help children who have been affected by the AIDS pandemic in East Africa.
Under his leadership, The Affiliated Group won the 1999 Small Business Award from the Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce.
Mark and his wife Amy live in Rochester with their son Macayle, 14, and daughter Marren, 7.
