CFPB Sets Consumer Advisory Board Meeting on Consumer Credit , Complaint Database Enhancements

The March 2 meeting also includes an overview of CFPB enforcement actions in the last five years.
The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s Consumer Advisory Board will focus on the consumer credit information marketplace, enforcement actions and the Consumer Complaint Database at its next meeting from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (EST) March 2, 2017 at the CFPB’s headquarters, 1275 First Street NE, in Washington, D.C.
The meeting will feature introductory remarks from Director Richard Cordray and a discussion with members of the Consumer Advisory Board.
As usual, during the meeting, the CAB will review trends and themes in the consumer financial marketplace, according to the meeting announcement.
In addition, other items on the agenda include Consumer Reporting Supervisory Highlights, Enforcement: Five Year Review, Open Credit Score Initiative, and Enhancements to the CFPB Consumer Complaint Database.
