Columbia Ultimate, an ACA International affiliate member based in Vancouver, Wash., recently named Joshua Schreiner, Esq., as compliance officer. Schreiner will act as Columbia Ultimate’s in-house counsel and will oversee the company’s compliance in conjunction with federal and collection industry regulations. He will also manage Columbia Ultimate’s program certifications with ACA International.

Schreiner received his bachelor’s degree in International Business from Linfield College and previously practiced law as a consumer bankruptcy attorney.
