CBE Group, an ACA International member agency in Cedar Falls, Iowa, has been selected as one of Iowa’s Top Workplaces by WorkplaceDynamics, a research firm on organizational health and employee engagement.
Iowa Top Workplaces were ranked in three separate categories: small, mid and large. In the large-size company category, CBE ranked #19. WorkplaceDynamics invited 931 Iowa organizations to participate. The Top Workplaces were determined based solely on employee feedback.

WorkplaceDynamics conducts regional Top Workplaces programs with more than 30 major publishing partners. After a nomination process, WorkplaceDynamics asked employees to anonymously rate their employer on a number of statements and priorities. Detailed analysis and verification steps were taken before tabulating final results. Iowa’s Top Workplaces study was published on Sept. 24, 2012, in the Des Moines Register.
