Allied International Credit Corp., (US), an ACA International member agency in Phoenix, announced the appointment of Michael Cassidy as vice president of operations.
Cassidy joins Allied from Barclaycard, where he spent six years managing the company’s internal call center and network of outsourced partners. Prior to Barclaycard, he worked for the Pressler & Pressler Law firm, where he was direct client liaison and managed the internal collection team.
Cassidy will oversee AIC’s US Operations, managing all productivity, quality and overall performance targets, while working closely with clients.
