The Better Business Bureau of Central Illinois awarded its annual Torch Award to Afni, an ACA International member agency in Bloomington, Ill. The award promotes not only the importance of ethical business practices, but also the willingness and efforts made by outstanding businesses to ensure our marketplace remains fair and honorable.
"This recognition is a tribute to the receivables management organization and our compliance team," said John O’Donnell, vice president of receivables management for Afni. "And the fact that we have been honored with this award from the BBB speaks to our culture of compliance and diligent manner by which we investigate and deal with complaints."
Afni’s compliance team consists of Debra Ciskey, director of performance development and compliance; Alicia Williams, compliance specialist; and Anthony Grant, compliance associate.
"This is a great testimony to Afni’s core values of conducting ourselves with professionalism and integrity,” said Bruce Griffin, Afni chairman.
