Having access to reliable data is essential for ACA International members wishing to benchmark their businesses against industry averages. In addition, government officials, the media and others look to ACA International as a dependable source for collection industry data. Obtaining useful statistics is vital, but we can’t do it without your help.
ACA is currently conducting its 2012 Agency Benchmarking Survey, and we are inviting all U.S. collection agency members to participate. You may have received an e-mail invitation to participate from research company Readex Research. The e-mail contained a unique link to the online survey. If you haven’t received the e-mail but wish to participate, please e-mail your name, company name, city and state to Tish Pasqual at tpasqual@readexresearch.com. Tish will respond with your unique survey link.
By completing the 30-question survey, you can help ensure our benchmarking data is accurate and reliable. As our thank-you, we will e-mail participants the survey results at no charge when the Agency Benchmarking Survey report has been completed.
Survey data is held in complete confidentiality by Readex. ACA receives only aggregated averages and will never see individual survey responses. The survey closes on March 9.
