In an effort to provide short, easy-to-access compliance information, ACA International is releasing its first-ever audio series, Fastfax in 5. These five-minute audio snippets will feature discussions on the most popular Fastfax compliance topics.
In the first installation of the series, David Kaminski, Esq., partner at Carlson & Messer LLP, in Los Angeles, discusses the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and its effect on the use of autodialers, wireless numbers and other common areas of concern.
Other topics featured in the new audio series include discussions on leaving messages and validation notices.
