Walter A. “Wally” Anderson, former CEO of Illinois Collection Services, passed away on July 2, 2012, following a battle with cancer. He was 68 years old. Anderson was a frequent attendee at ACA International conferences. He earned a Scholar Degree in 1988 and served on the association’s Rules and Regulations Committee for several years in the mid-1990s.
