Search Criteria

Tips for businesses and creditors on how to select a professional collection agency.

Type: ACA Members are classifed by the five different member types at the left. As different member type selections are made, the available search criteria may change.

Name: If you are trying to find a specific ACA member and know the company name or contact name, enter that information in the designated boxes.

For "Company Name" searches, where the company name includes punctuation, enter the first few characters of the company before punctuation begins.

You may enter as few as the first two letters of the name.

Location: You can search for a member by Country, State/Province/Territory, and/or by City/Town/Village.

Begin all location searches by first selecting a country.

Programs/Predominant Markets: ACA members may specialize in several Predominant Market areas; healthcare, check collection and verification, government and asset purchasing.

Categories: ACA Members listed in ACA’s Online Membership Directory and Buyers Guide may have classified their company by specific descriptions/categories of services which they provide.

While some members may offer the services you are seeking, they may not have classified their listing to be returned for such types of searches.

Maximum Number of Results: You can limit the number of items your search returns by selecting the Maximum Number of items returned. Generic searches will return the most results but will also increase the search response time.
