Why should I join CI?
As hundreds of other industry professionals have realized, CI provides countless membership benefits to contribute to professional success. Membership in CI is an investment in your future. Join the credit industry’s source for information and innovation!

How does a creditor join ACA International?
Simply complete the application and return it to us with payment.

Who are the members of Creditors International?
CI members can come from a variety of industries, including automotive, banks and finance, checks, credit cards and retail, credit reporting, education, government, health care, mortgage, services, technology and e-commerce, telecom and utilities.

How much is membership?
$210 for individual membership. Additional members at the same location receive a discount.

Do I have to have a sponsor to join CI?
No, CI welcomes all new members with or without a sponsor. Members are encouraged, however, to share the benefits of membership by recommending membership to their peers.

Do you offer discounts for multiple memberships from one company?
Yes. The discount varies according to the number of individuals in your organization.

  • Level 1: 1–10 employees, $210 for the first member; $153 for each additional member from the same physical location.
  • Level 2: 11-99 employees, $210 for the first member; $115 for each additional.
  • Level 3: 100-199 employees, $2500 administrative fee; $76 per member (no location restrictions)
  • Level 4: 200+ employees, $5000 administrative fee; $50 per member (no location restrictions)

How long does it take to become a member once CI receives my payment?
Usually about one business day.

What’s the length of my membership term?
CI membership benefits are provided on an annual basis (Jan. 1–Dec. 31). If you join mid-year, you may qualify for a prorated discount on your renewal dues.

Can I have my password in order to access the member portion of ACA International’s website?
Yes, by selecting Retrieve Password in the login box, or contacting ACA’s Membership Department and requesting your password.

What kind of training opportunities are available for creditors?
Campus ACA offers professional designations designed to help you succeed. The Credit and Collection Compliance Officer (CCCO) Designation was designed to support those with compliance responsibilities in an organization. The Professional Collection Specialist Certificate will help you hone your skills as a collector. Learn more by visiting the Education & Events Web page.
