ACA International created the Members’ Attorney Program to enable attorneys who practice in the credit and collection arena to better represent their ACA member clients through a number of resources designed to assist them in their practices, including up-to-the-minute information on legislative and case law developments.
In addition, through the state compliance chair program, MAP provides state units and their members with access to an attorney licensed to practice law in their state.
