Who can join?
ABD membership is open to companies that buy, sell, finance or service asset sale transactions, and employ individuals such as debt buyers or sellers, brokers and investment bankers. Companies that do any collections must first apply for agency membership and apply through the appropriate state unit. ABD membership may then be added.

  • Companies that do not do any collections may join ABD directly. Simply complete this application and return it to us with payment.
  • ACA Agency members, Affiliate members, Creditors International members and Members’ Attorney Program members may add ABD membership to their current membership. To learn more about this section of membership, please call (952) 926-6547.
