Showcasing the most pressing legislative and regulatory issues facing the asset buying and health care collections markets and more, this year's Fall Forum has it all. Critically-acclaimed experts will take the stage for one and a half days of education and networking in the heart of Chicago.

Starring asset buying, health care collections and MAP legal education sessions (new this year!), plus Campus ACA seminars, this meeting will put only the most timely and informative topics in the spotlight.

Asset Buying Sessions
Planned for asset buyers, by asset buyers, this must-attend track will cover a finance update, compliance issues facing debt buyers of all sizes, and more. Learn about the new markets for debt buyers and share best ideas from an operational standpoint with your peers. This year's sessions will prepare new buyers for the debt buying landscape while providing expert advice for the experienced buyer.

Health Care Collections Sessions
Maximize your company's collection results with sessions focusing on one of the largest collection markets. Find out what lays ahead in health care reform, litigation strategies that work and more. Plus you will hear from multiple health care providers about their experience in the revenue cycle. New this year, you will also learn how consolidation among hospitals and acquisitions of physician groups has affected the industry.

MAP Legal Education Sessions (ACA members only)
Available for the first time at Fall Forum, ACA's Members' Attorney Program will host a track specifically designed for collection, defense and in-house attorneys. Receive an update on FDCPA call frequency and harassment claims, sanctions in the industry, the impact of social media on collections, in-house litigation strategies and more! Collection Floor Management Seminar

Learn how to use key performance indicators and inventory and dialer management to help you reach your goals. This interactive forum gives attendees the chance to hear what other agencies are doing to improve collection floor operations.

Credit & Collection Compliance Officer Seminar (3.0 PDUs) This course is full
Take your company's compliance program from good to great with this seminar designed for credit and collection professionals working in a compliance-related position. This seminar lays the groundwork for the CCCO Designation.
