Tom Haag joined State Collection Service, Inc., a family business, in 1961. In 1970, Tom purchased the company from his father. Tom has been a featured speaker for most credit industry trade associations. In addition, Tom has served as an officer and director of ACA International and the International Association of Commercial Collectors. He has also served as a director and president of the Wisconsin Collectors Association. He has formerly chaired the ACA’s PPMS™ Committee and ACA’s Education Council. Recently, Tom was awarded, for the second time, the industry’s most prestigious award, the “Paul Bunyan Award,” for his industry work. Tom served as president of ACA International in 1995-1996. He currently serves as a board member for ACA.
