Peter Velde is a Senior Partner with the Indiana law firm Kightlinger & Gray, LLP. Pete is a retired Lt. Col in the Indiana Army National Guard, a graduate of Purdue University, and a graduate of Albany Law School. His practice includes all types of creditor rights matters, including defense of consumer litigation (FDCPA, FACTA), bankruptcy, commercial/consumer collections, lien law, and commercial litigation. Since 1998, he has been an active member of ACA International, including their MAP Program. He is also an active writer and speaker on the topic of FDCPA and FACTA issues.
