*The PCS, CCS, CCCO, HCM and Trainer exams all require you to complete a set of prerequisities before you are eligible to take the exam. Download the applications below to learn more about the requirements.

**Note:
The FDCPA Basic Skills Exam is not a credentialing exam. Passing this exam does not indicate you hold an ACA professional designation.

Need a Certificate of Completion for CD-ROM Training?
To request a Certificate of Completion, complete the CD-ROM Completion Form, and send with payment to Campus ACA for quick processing.

Have you ordered an exam and/or a Web course and are now wondering the about the process to assign them to your employees?
Now that you have made your exam and/or Web course purchase, you will need to assign the exam(s) and/or Web course to the person(s) from your company that you would like to take the exam and/or Web course.  To do so, please log in to www.acainternational.org and following these instructions:

  • Click on “My ACA”.
  • Click on “Recent Purchases”.
  • There, you will see a link with the name of the exam(s) and/or Web course that you purchased, the order number and purchase date.  Click on that link.
  • Next you will see the name(s) of the person(s) from your company as well as the “Quantity Purchased”, “Quantity Assigned” and “Quantity Remaining”.
  • From there, click on the name(s) of the person(s) you would like to assign the exam(s) and/or Web course to.

If there is a member of your company that is not listed on this page, you will need to have your company’s ACA Web Admin add them.  (NOTE: Only the assigned ACA Web Admin from your company can add a new person.  If you are unsure who that person is, please contact membership@acainternational.org and they can let you know.)
