Over the past 15 years Beth Conklin has served NES as a top performing collector, Collection Supervisor, Training Supervisor, Assistant Manager of Training, Manager of Training and now, Manager of Regulatory Compliance. Beth was named Collection Manager of the Year for 2007 at NES as well as received the NES President’s Award in 2008. She is a Certified TSP (Training Specialist) through the American Collectors Association ACA as well as a Certified Instructor.
