ACA’s Trainer Specialist designation supports seasoned trainers through effective training techniques to facilitate ACA’s core collector programs, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Professional Telephone Collectors’ Techniques, within your organization. Upon completion of this training program, your collectors will qualify to test for the Professional Collection Specialist Certificate.
Prerequisites for Trainers:
- Earn the PCS Certificate.
- FDCPA: Facts, Fiction & Reality - Online seminar or face-to-face seminar.*
- Professional Telephone Collectors’ Techniques - Online seminar, face-to-face seminar or CD-ROM.
- Pass the PCS Certificate Exam.
- Complete the Trainer Specialist seminar.
- Pass the Trainer Exam with a score of 85 percent or higher.
