A browser’s cache includes temporary files (images, scripts, etc.) downloaded during previous visits to a Web site. Browser cache helps the browser remember what a page used to look like. Using cache, browsers can open pages they’ve opened before more quickly. If anything goes wrong in the cache it can affect how the site behaves and displays.
Clearing Browser Cache via browser settings - Exit/close ALL open browser windows.
- Open one instance of your browser and access the browser settings/options/tools.
- Clear/delete/empty browser cache, temporary and/or private files (this may take several moments to complete).
- Restart the browser.
