For collection companies located in the United States, ACA coordinates the application process with your affiliated state or regional association (unit). Scroll down to choose the application corresponding to your geographic location within or outside the United States.
- Units are your local source for information, education, networking, legislative advocacy and more. ACA agency membership in the United States consists of this combined (ACA+Unit) benefits package. It is not possible to join at only one level.
- If your company already has a membership at another branch under the same ownership, or if you would like to apply for membership at multiple company locations, contact ACA's Membership Department. Let us tell you about our multi-office discount program.
- You may pay by check or credit card. ACA accepts MasterCard, Visa or American Express.
