ACA's Convention features three days of ground-breaking educational sessions on industry hot topics, plus a fourth day for legislative activities on Capitol Hill. This year's sessions will cover timely credit and collection topics such as the state of the economy, health care receivables, legislative and regulatory updates, chain-of-title, creditor contracts, and more. Take advantage of networking opportunities with exhibitors for Expo 2010, where you can make lifelong connections.

Why should you attend?

  • Bring your voice to the Hill: There has never been a more important time for credit and collection professionals to discuss the crucial issues affecting the industry. This year's attendees will be able to meet with members of Congress and their staff on the last day of convention. Join us for this critical advocacy outreach effort!
  • Learn the tricks of the trade: The information-packed sessions at convention will give you the tips you need to improve your collection operations. Increase productivity at your organization by applying expert advice to your business.
  • Build relationships to last a lifetime: The connections you make at convention will continue to make an impact on your business and personal life for years to come. Schedule one-on-one meetings with colleagues or network at the many receptions and meal events in the Expo Hall.
  • Exchange ideas in an open-forum environment: Convention is the perfect place to share what works for your business while picking up ideas from your peers.
